Work Detail

1. Object Of The Order. The Object Of This Public Procurement Is Construction Within The Meaning Of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 1, Letter B Of The Law On Public Procurement (Ppa), With The Subject: Introduction Of Energy Efficiency Measures Of A Multi-Family Residential Building - Pekovata Kashta, Pi 67653.917.875.1, Smolyan, Professor Asen Vasilev St. No. 7 2. Existing Position. The Residential Building Was Built In The Period 1982-1991. The Building Is A Massive Volume Built On A Shield Along Its Southern Facade. It Consists Of Four Above-Ground Floors, One Of Which Is An Attic Floor Located In The Attic Space And A Semi-Underground Floor/ Basement/ With Cellars And Two Garages. The Roof Of The Building Is Three-Sloped, Made Of A Wooden Beam On A High Wall With A Uniform Slope Of 30%. On The Beam, Concrete Tiles Are Laid On Slats. Drainage Of Rainwater Takes Place Externally By Means Of Gutters, Cisterns And Downpipes, Which Are Poured Onto The Field. The Roof Has A Wooden Supporting Structure Visible From The Premises. The Roof Covering Of Concrete Tiles Laid On A Single Slat Grid Is Also Visible From The Premises. The External Enclosing Walls And Internal Partition Walls Of The Building Are Made Of Solid Brick Walls. There Are Sections Filled With 25 Cm Thick Brick Washers. A Lime-Cement Plaster Is Laid On Top Of The Ceramic Bricks. The Plinth Of The Building Is Treated With Stone Cladding Up To The Level Of The First Floor. The Partition Walls Are Made Of Single Bricks. The Joinery In The Apartments Is Mainly A Double Wooden Profile With Single Glass, In The Staircase The Windows Are Wooden With Single Glass. The Building Has Four Floors. The Built-Up Area Is 103.28 M2 And The Unfolded Built-Up Area Is 596.77 M2. 3. Description Of The Types Of Works Subject To The Public Procurement. In The Implementation Of The Activities Under The Order, It Is Foreseen: Replacement Of Window Frames And The Accompanying Types Of Smr Related To The Replacement Of Window Frames; Thermal Insulation Of Walls - Laying Of Thermal Insulation And Implementation Of A Finish Coating Of Colored Mineral Plaster According To The Project; Roof Repair - Dismantle The Existing Shingles, Laths, Counter Battens And Compromised Wooden Structure, After Dismantling The Roof Elements, Remove The Upper 25 Cm Of The Existing Brick Walls And Perform Reinforced Concrete Belts With A Cross Section Of 25/25 Cm. Build The Wooden Roof Structure And Make A New Sheathing, Make A Double Slat Grid For Shingles, Cover With Tiles, Shutters Along The Edges And Sheathing Of Eaves, Installation Of A New Headboard, Gutters And Downpipes. 12 Cm Thick Mineral Wool Thermal Insulation Will Be Installed Between The Ribs And Closed With Plasterboard On The Inside. For Fire Protection, All New And Old Parts Of The Wooden Roof Structure Will Be Treated With An Impregnation Agent.
