Several Existing Buildings Are Located On The Property, Which Are In Poor Technical Condition, Uninhabitable And Pose A Potential Danger To The Environment And Citizens. It Is Planned To Remove Three Main Buildings Of Different Construction - Reinforced Concrete And Solid Brick. The Total Unfolded Built-Up Area Is Approximately 5,720 Sq.M. Scope Of Activities: The Scope Of Work Includes All Necessary Works For The Complete And Safe Removal Of The Buildings, Including Preparatory Work, Demolition, Waste Management And Site Restoration. Preparatory Activities Include Inspection Of The Site, Establishment Of Existing Communications, Fencing And Signaling. Destructive Works Should Be Carried Out Mechanized, And If Necessary, Manual Methods Are Also Applied For More Precise Operations. All Generated Construction Waste Must Be Sorted, Loaded And Transported To Licensed Landfills, As Required By Legislation.
