The Procurement Is Divided Into Sub-Contracts To Best Meet The Users Needs. In Each Subcontract, Agreements Will Be Entered Into With A Sufficient Number Of Suppliers And Products To Cover The Majority Of Users Needs. In Sub-Contracts 1, 12, 16 And 17, Parallel Framework Agreements Will Be Entered Into With Products From At Least Two Suppliers, Provided That There Is A Sufficient Number Of Suitable Suppliers And Offers. In The Other Partial Contracts, Agreements Will Be Entered Into With A Sufficient Number Of Suppliers To Cover The Majority Of The Users Needs. In The Other Subcontracts, It Will Therefore Vary From Subcontract To Subcontract Whether A Framework Agreement Will Be Entered Into With One Supplier, Or Whether Parallel Framework Agreements Will Be Entered Into.
