The Agreement Mainly Covers Plowing And Responsibility For Plowing Sticks, As Well As Certain Related Services If Necessary. The Assignment Is Described In More Detail In Part Iii Of The Tender Documents. The Agreement Has A Duration Of 2 Years From 01.09.2026, Or From The Date Of Signing If This Occurs Later. The Agreement Can Be Extended By The Client By 1 + 1 + 1 Year. The Agreement Has A Maximum Duration Of 5 Years From The Start Date, Including Extensions. The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Competition If There Is A Factual Reason, For Example In Case Of Loss Of Planned Funding Or Lack Of Approval From Political Or Military Quarters.
