The Purpose Of Establishing Dis Is To Give Companies The Opportunity To Apply For Inclusion In The Dis And Then, As An Approved Participant, To Be Able To Make Offers For The Ordering Partys Winter Service By Truck On The Routes In The Municipality That Are Designated As Class 1 Roads. Winter Service Must Support Accessibility And Safety On The Traffic Areas For Everyone During Periods Of Weather Conditions That Lead To Slippery Roads And Snowfall. Winter Service On The Municipalitys Class 1 Roads Includes De-Icing And Snow Removal By Truck On Carriageways, Including Car Parks, Bus Shelters And The Like In Guldborgsund Municipality.
