Guldborgsund Municipality Is Establishing A Dynamic Procurement System (Dis) For Tendering And Awarding Tasks For Winter Service By Truck In The Municipality On Class 1 Roads. The Purpose Of Establishing Dis Is To Give Companies The Opportunity To Apply For Inclusion In The Dis And Then, As An Approved Participant, To Be Able To Make Offers For The Ordering Partys Winter Service By Truck On The Routes In The Municipality That Are Designated As Class 1 Roads. Winter Service Must Support Accessibility And Safety On The Traffic Areas For Everyone During Periods Of Weather Conditions That Lead To Slippery Roads And Snowfall. Winter Service On The Municipalitys Class 1 Roads Includes De-Icing And Snow Removal By Truck On Carriageways, Including Car Parks, Bus Shelters And The Like In Guldborgsund Municipality. The Work Must Be Carried Out According To The Ordering Partys Instructions And Must Be Able To Be Carried Out Around The Clock As Needed, Annually In The Period 1 October – 30 April. The Supplier Must Carry Out Tasks With A Suitable Truck/Towing Unit And Crew. Winter Service Must Basically Be Carried Out With The Ordering Partys Plowing And Salting Equipment. The Winter Service Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Regulation On Winter Maintenance In Guldborgsund Municipality. The Individual Routes Will Be Offered As Contracts With A Minimum Duration Of One Year. The Individual Contract Can Have A Maximum Duration Of Four Years.
