The Basis For The Tender Relates To The Procurement Of A General Contractor For The Rebuilding, Rehabilitation And Extension Of Sætre School Into The New Notodden Primary School And Notodden Secondary School. The Works Must Be Carried Out As A Turnkey Contract, Where All Works Are Combined In One Contract. The Project Includes The Adaptation And Rehabilitation Of Existing School Buildings, Technical Upgrades, Demolition Work And The Establishment Of Three New Extensions. The Extensions Will Connect Existing Buildings, Provide Better Internal Connections And Add Necessary New Areas. New Buildings Will Be Built With A Total Area Of ​​Approx. 1,555 M² Bta, In Addition To Areas For Technical Installations Such As Cooling Rigs And Lifting Platforms. The Schools Must Be Able To Accommodate More Students, With Primary School And Secondary School As Two Organizationally Independent Units With Their Own Building And Outdoor Areas.
