Gloppen Municipality Must Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Supplier For The Purchase Of Consultancy Services. The Assignment Includes The Preparation Of Fire Technical Documentation For Municipal Buildings. The Acquisition Is Estimated At Nok 1,200,000 Excl. Vat The Amount Is An Estimate And Not Binding On The Client. The Assignment Concerns Municipal Buildings Where Fire Technical Documentation Is Completely Or Partially Missing. The Scope Will Vary From Building To Building. The Service Can Include Condition Analysis, Fire Drawings, Orientation Plans And Escape Plans. Floor Plans May Be Relevant For Certain Buildings And Must Be Priced As An Option. Each Order From The Client Must Specify Which Deliveries Are To Be Carried Out. The Supplier Must Prepare An Action Plan With Prioritized Implementation And Associated Cost Estimates For Each Building And Each Delivery. Three Months Is The Standard Delivery Deadline Per Call, Depending On Complexity, Unless Otherwise Agreed The Agreement Is Concluded For Two Years, With An Option To Extend For One Year. The Client Orders Services As Needed. The Agreement Is Automatically Extended If He Is Not Terminated No Later Than Three Months Before The End Of The Agreement Period. The Agreement Does Not Imply A Purchase Obligation, But Regulates The Conditions For Deliveries During The Agreement Period. Deliveries Take Place Continuously, And Each Order Gets Its Own Progress Plan Within The Agreed Delivery Time.
