Together With Norsk Akkreditering (Na), The Ministry Of Trade And Fisheries Is Carrying Out A Comprehensive Review Of Nas Financing Model. The Purpose Is To Arrive At A Financing Model That Is Sustainable Over Time. The Ministry Wants Assistance With The Work On Structuring Nas Fees So That The Fee Income Covers As Much As Possible The Costs Of Offering Accreditation. The Ministry Wants The Na In Particular, But Also To A Certain Extent The Ministry, To Be Involved In The Process. Na Possesses Both Data And A Lot Of Relevant Knowledge That The Consultant Must Draw On And Must Contribute To Systematizing And Collating. As Much Of The Work As Possible Must Be Completed By 22 June. This Means That By 22 June The Consultant Has At Least Delivered (1) A Preliminary Assessment Of The Extent To Which Changes In Fees Can Make The Accreditation Business Self-Financing And (2) The Mapping And Presentation Of The Relationship Between Costs And Income For The Individual Accreditation Schemes, Or Groups Of Similar Schemes. The Final Report Must Be Completed And Delivered By 31 August At The Latest. Estimated Value For The Acquisition Is From Nok 300,000 Excl. Vat To Nok 500,000 Excl.
