Project: Tender21790 - Early Market Engagement Invitation To Sellers Of Apparel, Footwear And Accessories Products . The Ministry Is Seeking To Engage Manufacturers, Distributors, Vendors Or Suppliers Of Apparel, Footwear And Accessories Products, As Further Described In Section 1.2.1, To Inform The Ministry’S Early Analysis And Development Of A Procurement Strategy(S) For These Goods. The Ministry Requires Apparel, Footwear And Accessories Items For The Ontario Provincial Police (The “Opp”), Animal Welfare Inspectors, Correctional Staff And Inmates Within Ontario’S Adult Correctional Institutions. Scope Of Work This Exercise Covers The Following Areas. Respondents May Address Any Subset Relevant To Their Offerings: • Uniform Categories: Duty Wear, Dress Wear, Tactical Wear, Outerwear, And Related Accessories. Such As Ceremonial Uniforms, Uniform Dress Shirts, Cargo Pants Or Shorts, All Season Jackets, Rain Jackets, Winter Parkas With Detachable Hood, And Gloves. • Optional Services: Item-Level Design And Prototyping, Fitting And Measurement Services For Specified Events Or Cohorts, Alterations, Embroidery And Branding, And Returns Handling At Either Shipment Or Item Level. • Environmental Initiatives: Certification, Environmental Recycling Services/Programs • Technology Enablement (Vendor-Provided Artifacts Only): Standard Electronic Catalogues With The Ability To Integrate With Government Financial System (Oracle Based), Product Specifications And Data Sheets, And Reporting Extracts That Can Be Ingested By Government Tools. • Logistics And Delivery: Shipment To Designated Provincial Delivery Points In Accordance With Category-Specific Delivery Requirements And Seasonal Readiness Needs. Background Information Session Will Take Place On May 19, 2026 At 11:00 Am By Microsoft Teams For Up To 45 Minutes. Participants Must Register In Advance To Obtain The Teams Link. The Background Information Session Is Intended To Allow The Ministry To Communicate Its Requirements And The Core Business Needs Of The Ministry At A High Level. The Background Information Session Will Be Limited To The Background Information And The Ministry’S Questions Contained In The Survey. The Ministry Will Not Be Responding Directly To Any Questions Raised By Participants In The Information Sessions.
