Request For Proposals [Rfp] Construction Contract Administration And Project Management Services Little Qualicum River Erosion Protection . The Town Of Qualicum Beach Invites Proposals From Qualified And Experienced Consulting Firms To Provide Construction Contract Administration And Project Management Services For The Little Qualicum River Erosion Protection Project. The Project Design And Issued-For-Pricing Construction Documents Have Been Prepared, And This Request For Proposals Is Being Issued Concurrently With The Tender Call For The Construction Works. The Town Intends To Retain A Consultant To Act As Its Professional Representative During The Construction Phase And To Support Project Delivery In Accordance With The Construction Documents, Contract Requirements, Applicable Environmental And Regulatory Obligations, And The Town’S Budget, Schedule, And Reporting Expectations. The Successful Proponent Will Be Responsible For Providing Construction-Phase Project Management, Contract Administration, Field Coordination, Change Management, Progress Monitoring, And Project Close-Out Services, Including Coordination With The Town, The Construction Contractor, The Town-Retained Professional Biologist, And Archaeological Specialists As Required. The Successful Proponent’S Role Is Limited To The Services Described In This Rfp And Any Resulting Contract. Unless Otherwise Directed By The Town In Writing, The Successful Proponent Is Not Responsible For Preparation Of The Original Design Documents The Town Is Seeking A Proponent With Demonstrated Experience In Hydrotechnical, Municipal, And Environmentally Sensitive Construction Projects, And The Capacity To Deliver The Services In A Manner That Supports Effective Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, And Timely Completion Of The Works.
