Service Contract For The Management Of The Home First Service Addressed To Homeless People At The Municipal Institute Of Social Services Of Barcelona, With Sustainable Public Procurement Measures.The Object Of The Contract Is The Management Of The “Primer La Llar” Service Consisting Of Social Accompaniment And Socio-Educational Support For The Participants Of The Primer La Llar Program Who Live In An Individual Home Within An Ordinary Community Of Neighbors Using The Housing First Methodology. The Object Of The Contract Includes Collaboration On The Living Conditions Of The Participants And Also Providing Support On Issues Related To Housing In Coordination With The Housing Providers Indicated By The Barcelona Housing Consortium, Currently Habitat 3.
