Writing, Design, Layout And Printing Services Of The Official Bulletin Of The Town Of Gelida.The Object Of This Tender Is The Provision Of The Writing, Design, Layout And Printing Services Of The Official Gazette Of Gelida City Council. The City Council Does Not Have Any Contract In Force Regarding The Supply And Writing, Design, Layout And Printing Of The Official Gazette. This Is The Will Of The City Council To Regularize The Contracting Of Said Service, While Improving Its Efficiency And Quality, With The Tendering Of A Contract In Order To Enhance And Adapt The Drafting, Design, Layout And Printing Services Of The Municipal Bulletin To The Current Needs Of The Municipality. The Works To Be Carried Out Are Detailed In The Technical Specifications Package (Pptp), The Necessary Ones Will Be Added Offered To The Successful Tenderer In His Tender Proposal, Always In Accordance With The Applicable Legislation. In The Mentioned Pptp, The Conditions And Specifications Of The Main Services To Be Performed Are Also Set Out. This Contract Can Be Qualified As A Mixed Administrative Contract For Services And Supply, In Accordance With The Definition Of Articles 18 And 25.1 Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts, By Which They Are Transposed Into The Legal System Spanish The Directives Of The European Parliament And Of The Council 2014/23/Eu I2014/24/Eu, Of February 26, 2014 (Hereinafter Lcsp). The Contract File Will Be Subject To Ordinary Processing, In Accordance With Articles 116 And 117 Of The Lcsp.
