The General Objective Of The Study Is To Develop A Complete And Substantiated Technical Analysis Of The Alternatives For Expansion Of The Transmission System - Both In Hvdc (High Voltage Direct Current) And Hvac (High Voltage Alternating Current) Technology - By Carrying Out Electrical Studies. The Above Must Be Carried Out With The Depth Required By Current Regulations And Considering The Observations Made By The Panel Of Experts, In Opinion No. 16-2025, In Order To Have Sufficient Background To Technically Support The Convenience, Need And Opportunity Of Incorporating The Alternative That Best Suits The Problem In The Annual Transmission Expansion Plan.
