The Purpose Of This Public Tender Is To Contract The Service Of Provision, Installation And Monitoring Of Alarm Systems For The Regional Offices Of The Superintendency, Located In The Cities Of Arica, La Serena, Rancagua, Chillán, Concepción, Valdivia And Puerto Montt. The Provision And Installation Of The Alarm System Will Include All The Equipment, Devices And Other Components Defined In The Technical Bases, Including A Security Camera System Connected To The Alarm Panel. For Its Part, The Monitoring Service Will Imply The Permanent Obligation Of The Successful Bidder To Supervise The Operation Of The Alarm And Camera Systems, And Attend To The Activation Of Any Of Their Devices, And Must Immediately Inform The Superintendency And, When Appropriate, The Carabineros De Chile And The Citizen Security Services. Likewise, Said Service Must Consider The Activation Or Deactivation Of Alarms At The Request Of The Superintendency, Together With The Performance Of Periodic Reviews Of The System, In Order To Ensure Its Optimal Functioning And Its Continuous Connectivity With The Operational Center Of The Successful Bidder, During 24 Hours A Day And For The Entire Duration Of The Contract That Is Generated As A Result Of This Tender, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Technical Bases.
