The Scope Of The Order Includes: Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Legally Required Opinions, Arrangements, Administrative Decisions And Permits, Including The Final Decision On The Building Permit, For The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Bridge Along The District Road No. 3336D In Ścinawka Górna, Km 0+217 [Flood - September 2024]. The Subject Of The Order Includes Also: • Preparing Answers To Questions From Construction Contractors Regarding The Design Documentation, • Making Changes And Additions To The Design Documentation At The Stage Of The Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works, • Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Provisions Of The Proposed Contract. The Design Documentation Must Be Complete, Mutually Coordinated And Prepared In Accordance With: • Applicable Legal Regulations, • Principles Of Technical Knowledge, • Applicable Standards, • Technical And Construction Conditions, • Requirements The Ordering Party, • With The Provisions Of The Swz And The Proposed Contract. The Documentation Must Enable: • Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions, • Conducting Public Procurement Proceedings For Construction Works, • Correct Implementation Of Construction Works, • Putting The Facility Into Use In Accordance With Applicable Law.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 11 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz).5. Detailed Location And General Information About The Facility Are Attached As Annex No. 12 To The Swz - Drawing And Technical Documentation.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.
