The Implementation Of The Order Includes: - Preparation Of Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, Investors Cost Estimate, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And A Bioz Plan; - Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Conditioning The Completion Of Construction Works And Handing Over The Facility For Use And Its Operation, - Implementation In Accordance With The Design Approved By The Ordering Party, Including The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment, - Development And Submission Of Complete As-Built Documentation As Well As Operation And Maintenance Instructions, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Safety Instructions. - Development And Submission Of A Complete Set Of Tests, Measurements And Acceptance Tests For All Industries. - Ensuring Proper Marking Of Facilities And Installations, Including Equipping Them With The Necessary Instructions And Information Boards, - Training The Ordering Partys Staff In The Scope Of Operation And Maintenance Of The Installations, - Servicing The Constructed Facility And Equipment (During The Warranty Period) And Performing Free Inspections, Approved By The Protocol (Servicing Costs During The Warranty Period Are Covered By The Contractor), - Handing Over The Facility To The Ordering Party For Use.4.
