The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building In Krynica-Zdrój Along With A Garbage Shelter, Internal Communication System, Parking Spaces And A Pedestrian Footbridge, Located On Plots No. 2165, 2166, 2167, 2168 And 2213/3. The Multi-Family Residential Building Will Have Four Floors: Ground Floor And Three Floors. Apartments Have Been Designed On All Four Floors - A Total Of 27 Apartments. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program No. Edycja8/2023/7038/Polskilad And By The Government Program For Non-Refundable Support For Construction From The Subsidies Fund. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide At Least A 5-Year Warranty And Warranty For Defects For The Entire Scope Of The Order. The Scope Of The Order Is Specified In Detail In The Documentation. Design - Annex No. 8 To The Swz And Stwiorb - Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Conditions Of Contract Execution Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
