The Subject Of This Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building No. 1 With An Underground Garage, Land Development And The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Located In Kętrzyn At Ul. Jaśminowa 10, On Plots No. 910/1 And 619/3, Area 6 M. Kętrzyn, Kętrzyn Poviat, Voivodeship Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship”, Constituting Stage I Of The Global Investment Planned For Implementation In The Above-Mentioned Land Properties. The Staging Boundaries (Stage I And Stage Ii) Are Shown In The Drawing Of The Land Development Design. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building Marked With The Number 1 On The Pzt, A Single-Stack Building With A Corridor Layout, 4 (Four) Above-Ground Floors And One Underground, Fully Connected By An Elevator. There Are 28 Apartments In The Above-Ground Part (Each With Its Own Balcony). In The Basement Of The Building, There Is A 10-Car Garage (One Room) With 5 Entrance Gates Serving 2 Garage Spaces And 28 Storage Rooms For Each Apartment, As Well As A Wheelchair Room And A Storage Room.
