1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Resulting From The Technical Expertise Of The Tyrowo Pumping Station, Specifying The Causes Of Damage And The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Necessary To Be Performed In Order To Restore The Proper Technical Condition Of The Building In Question. Scope Of Work: • Equalization Reservoir - Bank Reinforcements And Silting: ➤ Profiling Of The Reservoir Slopes To Level The Surface Of The Slopes; ➤ Laying A Layer Of Separation Geotextile With A Weight Of Min. 300 G/M² Including Anchoring With Pins At 30×30 Cm Spacing; ➤ Construction Of A Sand Foundation Thickness. 10 Cm On The Geotextile Layer; ➤ Laying Meba Openwork Slabs, Thickness. 10 Cm And/Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party, Using The Name Meba, Allows Offering Slabs With Equivalent Parameters, I.E. Openwork Concrete Slabs With Dimensions Of 60×40 Cm ± 2% (Or Similar) And A Thickness Of Not Less Than 10 Cm, Made Of Concrete. ➤ Mechanical Desilting And Spreading Of Silt On The Investors Plot. • Draining Rainwater From Roofs: ➤ Dismantling The Existing Openwork Slabs Constituting The Band. Building From The North And West Sides;➤ Excavation And Installation Of A Collecting Collector Dia. 160 Mm With A Slope Of 0.5%;➤ Connecting All Downpipes Along The Collector Route;➤ Backfilling The Collective Collector;➤ Re-Laying The Openwork Slabs.• Band Around The Building - Caverns:➤ Laying A Layer Of Separation Geotextile With A Weight Of Min. 300 G/M² Directly On The Ground;➤ Filling The Caverns With Rip-Rap Stone Of 150-300 Mm Fraction, Adhering To The Line And Slope Of The Slopes Of The Expansion Tank;• Communication Route Above The Inlet - Stairs:➤ Demolition Of Damaged Concrete Stairs And Disposal Of The Material;➤ Driving Two Pipe Piles With A Diameter Of 200 Mm, Length 5.0 M;➤ Installation Of The Bridges Supporting Girders Made Of Heb 220 Profiles And Anchoring Them With M20 Class 10.9 Anchors Glued With Epoxy Resin To The Structure Of The Bridge Over The Inlet To The Pump Room;➤ Installation Of The Remaining Bridge Elements Made Of Upn 160 And Upn 120 Sections;➤ Installation Of New Railings Over Platform (Similar To Those Existing On The Platform);➤ Anti-Corrosion Protection Of Steel Elements (Priming Paint X1, Topcoat X2). Layer Thickness 3×150 Μm;➤ Installation Of Wema Gratings And/Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party, Using The Name Wema, Allows The Offer Of Platform Gratings With Equivalent Parameters, I.E. Hot-Dip Galvanized Metal Platform Gratings With The Following Parameters: Mesh Size In The Grating Not More Than 34×38 Mm, Cross-Section Of Load-Bearing Flat Bars Not Less Than 30/2 Mm, Thickness/Height Of The Grating Not Less Than 30 Mm.2.
