The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Works To Be Performed, Primarily: 1) Setting Up And Covering The Scaffolding; 2) Removing Graffiti From The Ground Floor Walls; 3) Washing And Fumigating The Facade; 4) Painting The Facade. 3. The Area Of ​​The Walls Is (According To The Energy Audit): 2,510.00 M2.4. A Detailed Description And Material Scope Of Construction Works Is Presented In The Documentation: 1) Design Of The Facade Color Scheme. 2) Bill Of Quantities - As An Auxiliary Element. These Documents Should Be Used To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate And A Material And Financial Statement (Appendix No. 8 To The Contract).
