1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Service (Office) Part Of The Existing Building Into The Senior Club. The Investment Area Is Located On Plots No. 471/11 And 471/13, District 0001 Pisz (Town) At Ul. Warszawska 38.2. Scope Of Works Related To The Reconstruction And Change Of Use: 1) Demolition And Disassembly Of The Existing Joinery, Flooring, Internal Plasters, Together With Existing Installations Intended For Replacement And Modernization; 2) Demolition Of The Existing Entrance To The Former Seat Of The District Veterinary Inspectorate From The Southern Façade, Together With External Stairs And Hardened Accesses; 3) Reconstruction Of Existing External Window Openings In Accordance With The Documentation; 4) Construction Of A New Opening External Door From The Eastern Facade;5) Insulating The External Wall On The Southern Facade With A Layer Of Thermal Insulation Made Of Styrofoam And Finishing With Thin-Layer Facade Plaster;6) Replacing A Fragment Of The Existing Styrofoam Insulation At The Entrance From The North With Mineral Wool Insulation With Finishing To Create A Fire-Resistant Strip Between The Windows;7) Installation Of External Window And Door Joinery;8) Facade Works On The Ground Floor With Plinth, Consisting Of A New Coat Of Thin-Layer Facade Plaster On The Existing Plaster Insulated With Styrofoam With Glue On The Mesh;9) Reconstruction Of Internal Rooms On The Ground Floor According To Technical Documentation, Including Separating A Toilet For The Disabled;10) Applying New Plasters And Internal Plasters On Walls And Ceilings;11) Installing New Layers Of The Ground Floor Floor With Insulation Thermal, Anti-Moisture And Cement Screed;12) Finishing Works Inside The Rooms Covered By The Study, Including The Implementation Of New Wall And Floor Coverings With Ceramic Tiles And Vinyl Panels, Painting Works And Installation Of Internal Aluminum Door Joinery;13) Construction Of External Stairs With A Ramp For The Disabled Made Of Concrete Pavement And Side Walls Made Of Modular Concrete Blocks With Attached Balustrades On The Eastern Façade And A System Glass Roof Over The Entrance; 14) Construction Of A Concrete Pavement At The Planned Entrance, A Parking Space For Disabled People And A Fragment Of The Buildings Architrave; 15) Construction Of New Electrical Installations Inside The Rooms Subject To Reconstruction, Including A Fire Protection Power Switch, Main Switchboard, Internal Power Line, Installation Of Socket Circuits, General And Emergency Led Lighting, Ict Installation, Alarm And Call Installation In Toilet For The Disabled And Anti-Shock And Anti-Overvoltage Installations And Equipotential Bonding;16) Construction Of New Internal Water And Sewage Installations In The Rebuilt Rooms Covered By The Study, Together With The Installation Of Sanitary Fittings;17) Construction Of New Central Heating Installations.
