Kusocińskiego 1 In Boguszów-Gorce, Plot No. 124, District 0003 Boguszów, In Accordance With The Certificate Of No Grounds To Object To The Intention To Perform Construction Works, Design Documentation, Energy Audit, Stwiorb, Specification Of Order Conditions, Contractors Offer And Agreements Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Institutions Co-Financing The Task. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: A) Preparation Of An Ornithological And Chiropterological Expertise, B) Delivery And Installation Of An Information Board On The Granted Funding In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Co-Financing Institution, C) Preparation Of An Energy Performance Certificate For The Building After Thermal Modernization (In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure And Development Of February 27, 2015 On The Methodology For Determining The Energy Performance Of A Building Or Part Of A Building And Energy Performance Certificates (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 376, As Amended), D) Performing An Ex-Post Audit, E) Calculating Indicators Indicated In The Application For Funding Based On The Completed Works, F) The Scope Of Works Also Includes All Works, Deliveries And Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Even If They Are Not Expressly Indicated, But Result From The Design Documentation, Energy Audit, Stwiorb, Technical Knowledge Rules Or Applicable Regulations.
