The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Construction Works, The Scope Of Which Was Included In The Construction Design, Technical Designs And The Bill Of Quantities, As Well As In The Stwiorb, Including: 2.1. Execution Of Electrical Installations, Including: A) Lighting Installation, B) Plug Socket Installation, C) Fire Protection Circuit Breaker Installation, D) It-Cctv Installation, E) Access Control System Installation (Skd);2.2. Execution Of Ssp Installation;2.3. Execution Of Sanitary Installations, Including: A) Cold And Hot Water Installations, B) Sanitary Sewage Installations, C) Central Heating Installations, D) Ventilation Installations; 2.4. Execution Of Demolition And Dismantling Works, Including: A) Partial Demolition Of Partition Walls (According To Technical Drawings), B) Cutting Out Door Openings Inside The Building, C) Enlarging Garage Door Openings, D) Partial Cutting Out The Floor (Basement), E) Dismantling Internal Doors, F) Dismantling Garage Doors, G) Dismantling External Windows (2 Pcs.); 2.5. Carrying Out Assembly Works, Including: A) Installation Of Partition Walls (According To Technical Drawings), B) Installation Of Internal Doors, C) Installation Of Garage Doors2.6. Construction Of Reinforced Concrete Stairs From The Basement To The Garage Level According To Technical Drawings;2.7. Reconstruction Of The Exit From The Public Road To The Building According To A Separate Study2.8. Renovation Of The Existing Entrance To The Property2.9. Supplementing And Adapting The Structure Of The Existing Sliding Gate To Install The Drive 2.10. Installation Of A 120 Cm Wide Gate (Adjust The Height To The Fence) And Filling The Existing Gate.3. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Method Of Performing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Contract Template And Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Design Documentation. The Basis For The Proper Execution Of Construction Works Is Design Documentation. All Solutions Should Be Considered Based On The Documentation Provided.4. The Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz Are Of An Auxiliary Nature And Do Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Statements Included In The Bill Of Quantities Are Only Intended To Illustrate The Scale Of The Works And The Basic Scope Of Work To Be Performed And To Help Contractors Estimate The Investment Costs.
