The Order Includes: 1) Construction Of A Passenger Elevator - Serving Two Floors In The Above-Ground Part And One Floor In The Underground Part, Located In The South-Western Part Of The Patio Of The Building Of The Special Educational And Educational Center No. 2. 2) Reconstruction Of The Internal Patio: The Scope Of Work Includes: - Replacement Of The Existing Surface, - Construction Of A Brick Flower Pot With The Installation Of Benches And Planting Greenery, - Execution Drainage Of The Patio Area.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To: Obtain A Decision Authorizing The Operation Of The Device From The Office Of Technical Inspection And Cover The Related Costs, Submit A Notification Of The Commencement And Completion Of Construction Works, Obtain A Certificate Of Completion Of The Works, Ensure Full Protection Of The Work Area Against Access By Third Parties.4. The Design Documentation Takes Into Account The Requirements For Ensuring Accessibility For People With Disabilities. The Project Meets The Accessibility Conditions Referred To In Particular In The Regulations Regarding Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location, Ensuring The Facility Can Be Used By People With Limited Mobility, Sensory Skills And Other Special Needs. 5. The Ordering Party Has A Valid Decision On Granting A Building Permit (Decision Of The Starosta Of Gniezno No. 1249/2025 Of December 12, 2025, Final As Of January 1, 2026 For The Expansion Of The Building Of The Special Educational And Educational Center No. 2 With An External Elevator Next To The School Wing, On Plot No. 667/10 (Old Plot Number 16/10, Sheet 12) In Gniezno, Registry Unit 300301_1, District 0001, City Of Gniezno. 6.
