Measurement Works During Surface Earthworks,2. Demolition Works,3. Excavation In Soil Of Categories Iii - Iv, With Removal Of Excavated Material, 4. Construction Of Embankments,5. Setting The Pavement Border With Curbs And Edges, 6. Construction Of The Sidewalk Surface Structure,7. Construction Of The Exit Surface Structure (To Each Plot Along The Sidewalk), 8. Construction Of Sidewalk Sewage,9. Implementation Of Traffic Organization,10. Execution Of Finishing Works - Road Greenery. The Investment Will Be Carried Out Based On The Construction Notification. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Carried Out Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And The Offer Cost Estimate. The Method Of Carrying Out The Task Is Determined By The Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works By Stwior. All Works Will Be Carried Out In The Road Right-Of-Way. The Road Reconstruction Will Be Carried Out With Permitted Road Traffic. The Works Carried Out Will Be Secured And Marked In Accordance With The Temporary Traffic Organization Project. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Submit An Approved Temporary Traffic Organization Project And Implement It During The Execution Of The Order. The Area Must Be Protected Against Fire. And Health And Safety At Work, And The Contractor Is Liable To The Ordering Party And Third Parties For Damages Incurred During The Execution Of The Order.
