The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Three Locations Indicated In The Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Task No. 1: Checking, Supplementing And Possible Correction Of Design Documentation Regarding Pocket Parks, Including Transfer Of Drawings From The Base Map To A Map For Design Purposes, Approval Of Documentation And Obtaining A Document Allowing For Carrying Out Construction Works Within The Scope Of Projects.2) Task No. 2: Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of Pocket Parks, Based On Complete Verified And Completed Design Documentation, After Obtaining A Permit To Carry Out Construction Works (If Applicable) In Three Locations Indicated In The Swz.4. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Under Task No. 1, Preparation For Each Park (Location) - Based On The Swz And Based On The Delivered, Developed Designs Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz - Complete Design Documentation, Consistent With The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations, I.E. Adapting Existing Design Documentation To The Requirements Of The Construction Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679, As Amended) And Obtaining All Required Arrangements And Permits, 2) As Part Of Task No. 2: Execution Of Construction Works For Individual Locations (Pocket Parks) In Accordance With The Complete, Verified And Supplemented Design Documentation Approved By The Contractor After Obtaining The Appropriate Permit. 5.
