Oleska 10/7.B. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1.1 At The Stage Of Preparation Of Design Documentation: 1) Preparation Of Pre-Design Studies (Surveying Studies, Inventory Of Greenery); 2) Development Of A Program And Spatial Concept And Its Positive Agreement With The User Of The Facility 3) Preparation Of A Complete Land Development Design And Construction Design, Reconstruction Of Ddp No. 2 In Kędzierzyn-Koźle Ul. Piramowicza 27; 4) Development Of Complete, Full-Discipline Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Ddp No. 2 In Kędzierzyn-Koźle Ul. Piramowicza 27, Containing For Each Industry A Technical Design, Detailed Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities; 5) Obtaining A Building Permit For The Planned Investment; 6) Preparing A Material And Financial Schedule Based On The Approved Design Documentation Based On Which The Construction Works Will Be Settled. 1.2 At The Stage Of Implementation Of The Works: 1) Execution Of Full-Discipline Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of Ddp No. 2 In Kędzierzyn - Koźlu Ul. Piramowicza 27;2) Delivery And Installation Of Sanitary Equipment And Kitchen Facilities Of The Facility;3) Preparation And Installation Of Information Boards On Project Co-Financing; 4) Preparation Of Documents And Obtaining An Energy Performance Certificate For The Completed Facility;5) Performance Of An Energy Audit Confirming The Improvement In The Energy Efficiency Of The Building After The Reconstruction;6) Preparation And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of A List Of Equipment And Fixed Assets, Specifying Their Value, Quantity, Factory Numbers, Technical Parameters, Location And Manufacturer. The List Of Fixed Assets And Equipment Should Be Approved By The Ordering Party; 7) Obtaining A Decision On The Use Permit For The Completed Facility. B.
