Construction Works Consisting In Connecting Smaller Premises Into Larger Ones. Performing General Construction Works, Water, Sewage And Electrical Installations In Each Apartment, In Particular: Dismantling The Existing Doors To The Premises And Internal Doors, Dismantling The Existing Equipment Of The Premises, Dismantling Existing Heat Sources, Replacing Window Frames, Separating A Sanitary Room (Bathroom), Constructing A New Electrical Installation, Water And Sewage, Installation Of Installations And Devices For Heating Rooms, Finishing Layers Of Floors, Walls And Ceilings, Installation Of New Entrance Doors And Interior Doors, Installation Of Bathroom And Kitchen Utensils - Toilet Bowl, Shower, Washbasin, Sink, Electric Stove, Gas Installation. First Of All, The Contractor Should Replace The Windows In The Residential Premises, As Well As Connect Smaller Premises Into Larger Ones, And, Above All, Brick The Walls Of The Planned Residential Premises In The Staircases. The Ordering Party Requires The Employment Of Persons By The Contractor And Subcontractors, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of Article 22 §1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) This Requirement Applies To Persons (Physical Workers) Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Construction Works Described In The Design Documentation. The Requirement Does Not Apply To, Among Others, Persons Managing The Works, Suppliers Of Materials, Transport Services And Natural Persons Running A Business, Incumbent Members Of The Contractors Management Or Supervisory Bodies, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partnership, Incumbent Members Of The Management Bodies Or Supervisory Authorities Of The Contractor, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partnership To The Extent That They Will Personally Perform Works For The Ordering Party Or The Contractor And Submit It To The Ordering Party For Approval.
