The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment In The Design And Build Formula As Part Of The Recruitment Of The Ministrys Active Playgrounds Program 2026, Financed From The Labor Fund Entitled Reconstruction And Additional Equipment Of The Playground At The Branch Of The Local Government Nursery In Ozimek On Part Of Plot No. 126/43, Km 1, Ozimek District.2. Currently, The Playground Is Fenced With A System Panel Fence. The Area Is Covered With Grass. Part Of The Area Is Developed - Elements Of Small Architecture, Trees, Etc.3. The Aim Of The Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of The Playground Is To Create A Modern Space That Combines Relaxation, Educational, Exercise And Nature Functions. The Vision Of The Playground Assumes The Creation Of A Green And Natural Space, Conducive To Free Play And Close Contact With Nature, Which Results In Leaving A Grass Surface Of The Square, With The Need To Supplement It After The Installation Of The Order Elements.4. The Task Includes Three Main Stages: - Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Required In Accordance With The Regulations For A Playground Intended For Nursery Children, I.E. Up To 3 Years Of Age, Along With Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Decisions And Permits; - Construction And Assembly Works Related To The Implementation Of All Project Assumptions And Arrangements With The Ordering Party. - Providing Complete As-Built Documentation Necessary For The Ordering Party To Obtain A Certificate And Permit For The Free And Compliant Use Of The Playground With All Its Features. Elements, With Applicable Regulations.5. Pfu, An Exemplary List Of Playground Elements (Tables 1 And 2), Bill Of Quantities And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constitute Appendix No. 1 To Swz.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Meet The Conditions Regarding The Employment Of Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Specified In Detail In The Contract And The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In The Point Above.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Key Parts Of The Order To Be Performed By The Contractor.8. If Materials, Devices, Products Or Equivalent Solutions Are Used, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer, Technical Data Sheets Or Other Documents Confirming That The Offered Equivalent Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Subject Of The Order. Equivalent Solutions Must Have Technical, Operational And Assembly Parameters Not Worse Than Those Obtained By Implementation According To The Designers Instructions And Provided That Their Use Does Not Result In The Need To Change The Solutions Contained In The Documentation, And Is Approved By The Ordering Partys Representatives.9.
