Currently, The Playground Is Fenced With A System Panel Fence. The Area Is Covered With Grass. Part Of The Area Is Developed - Elements Of Small Architecture, Trees, Etc.3. The Aim Of The Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of The Playground Is To Create A Modern Space That Combines Relaxation, Educational, Exercise And Nature Functions. The Contractor Is Obliged To Meet The Conditions Regarding The Employment Of Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Specified In Detail In The Contract And The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In The Point Above.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Key Parts Of The Order To Be Performed By The Contractor.8. If Materials, Devices, Products Or Equivalent Solutions Are Used, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer, Technical Data Sheets Or Other Documents Confirming That The Offered Equivalent Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Subject Of The Order.
