The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Called Design And Construction Of A Dust Removal Installation On The Premises Of Zgo Pukinin No. 140, Rawa Mazowiecka Commune. 2. The Purpose Of This Order Is For The Existing Installation For Mechanical And Biological Waste Processing To Be Equipped With Ventilation Devices Limiting The Emission Of Pollutants Into The Air, In Particular Dust And Volatile Organic Compounds (Vocs). The Air Purification Installation Should Be Based On A Dust Filter Designed To Remove Various Types Of Dust From Municipal Waste And Activated Carbon Filters. In Particular, The Ordering Party Requires The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Without Disturbing The Structural Elements Of The Waste Sorting Process Hall, Which Would Result In Failure To Meet The Ordering Partys Requirement. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Is Attached As Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Data Relating To The Scope Of The Order Being Implemented, Allowing The Ordering Party To Obtain The Arrangements, Opinions And Permits Required By Environmental Protection Regulations To Complete The Investment Process And Commence Operation Of The Dedusting Installation.4. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 4.1. Preparation And Presentation To The Ordering Party Of An Executive Design - Construction Of A Dust Removal Installation In The Technological Hall Of The Municipal Waste Sorting Plant And In The Warehouse Building No. 2.4.2. Execution Based On The Detailed Design - Construction Works.4.3. Construction Of A Dust Removal Installation In The Technological Hall Of The Sorting Plant And In The Warehouse Building No. 2.4.4. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Including Electrical Diagrams, Technical Drawings, Technical Data Of The Constructed Installation Elements, Fire Protection Arrangements.4.5. Commissioning Of The Dedusting Installation And Carrying Out All Tests And Measurements In Accordance With Applicable Law And Technical Standards. However, Tests And Measurements Should Be Performed By An Accredited, Certified Laboratory.4.6. Preparation Of Operating And Operating Instructions For Devices And Installations In Polish.4.7. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: Commissioning Of The Device, Training For The Necessary Number Of People Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Field Of Operation, Operation And Maintenance, Technical Acceptance At The Ordering Partys. Conducting Crew Training In The Field Of Operation - Should Be Documented.4.8.
