Reconstruction Of The Road In The Town Of Trzęsów (Project)1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For All Necessary Industries, Including Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Decisions Allowing For The Reconstruction Of District Roads No. 1202D And 1131D In The Town Of Trzęsów. The Documentation Should Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Description Provided Along With The Map Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And After Preliminary Consultation With The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Study Is To Be Carried Out In 3 Stages On Roads Along The Entire Town, I.E. Approx. 2.5 Km. The Scope Of The Study Includes The Road Industry, Stormwater Drainage Network, Reconstruction Or Construction Of The Street Lighting Network, Construction Of Technological Channels, Removal Of Conflicts, If Required. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes: A) Obtaining Current Extracts And Drawings From The Development Plan And Extracts From The Land Register - If Necessary; B) Obtaining Opinions, Maps For Design Purposes, Making Geodetic Divisions And Making Arrangements Regarding Collisions With Networks; C) Performing An Inventory Of The Existing Land Development To The Extent Necessary To Prepare Documentation; D) Performing Geological Research Related To The Proper Foundation Of The Road, Network And Land Development Elements;E) Preparation Of The Concept Of The Design;F) Decision On The Environmental Conditions For Consent To The Implementation Of The Project Together With The Preparation Of An Environmental Impact Report, If Necessary;G) Water Law Study Together With A Water Law Decision For The Construction Of All Water Facilities And The Discharge Of Rainwater And Meltwater To The Posoka Stream Or Into The Ground; H) All Necessary Opinions Referred To In The Act Of 10 April 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads; I) Real Estate Division Projects In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads; J) Deviations From Technical Conditions - If Necessary; K) Conditions For Removing Conflicts With Existing Infrastructure Colliding With The Investment; L) All Other Arrangements, Conditions, Opinions And Decisions Necessary For The Construction Project; M) Construction Designs (Land Development Design + Architectural And Construction Designs) Of All Necessary Industries Developed In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design; N) Preparing And Submitting Applications On Behalf Of The Investor For Issuing A Building Permit Decision With All Necessary Annexes;O) Obtaining Building Permits/Permits Enabling The Investor To Carry Out The Task;P) Technical Designs For All Necessary Industries Prepared Separately In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of Sep
