1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled Demolition Of External Stairs And A Ramp At The National Center Of Polish Song In Opole, Along With The Installation Of A Platform For Disabled People And The Construction Of New Stairs And A Technical Ramp.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Swz, Design And Technical Documentation Constituting Annexes To The Swz (Numbers From 1.1 To 1.5) And The Contract Template.3. The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Also Includes Ensuring The Supervision Of The Construction Manager Over The Construction Works And The Person Of The Electrical Works Manager, As Well As Preparing As-Built Documentation For The Ordering Party. The Works Will Be Performed In An Active Facility, Therefore The Works Must Be Carried Out In Close Cooperation With The Ordering Party In Such A Way As To Minimize Nuisance And Inconvenience To Users Of The Building And The Functioning Of The National Center Of Polish Song. 4. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee For The Construction Works Performed And The Materials And Equipment Installed, For The Period Declared In The Offer Form.5. The Order Will Be Implemented Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Opole Voivodeship 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund, Priority Feop.10 European Funds For Strengthening The Endogenous Potential Of The Opole Voivodeship, Measure 10.1 Cultural Heritage And Culture, Development Of Tourism In Urban Areas - Opole Agglomeration, Project No. Feop.10.01-Iż.00-0001/24.6. The Ordering Party Has Specified A 3-Month Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order, Starting From September 1, 2026. Determining The Implementation Date Is Dictated By The Specificity Of The Activity And Work Schedule Of The Ordering Party, Which Is A Cultural Institution Carrying Out Public Tasks. An Additional Circumstance Justifying Such A Specified Order Completion Date Are The Ordering Partys Obligations Arising From The Concluded Contract For Co-Financing The Subject Of The Order, The Deadline For Spending The Allocated Funds And Their Eligibility.
