The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Manufacturers Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract For A Period Of 12 Months. In Addition To The Warranty, The Contractor Declares That It Provides A 12-Month Warranty For Defects.
