1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Run A Canteen At A School And A Kindergarten, Including: Providing Food Services By Preparing And Serving Breakfasts, Lunches And Afternoon Snacks For Students Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Jasionówka. Provided That Breakfasts And Afternoon Snacks Will Be Prepared And Served Only To Children Attending Kindergarten. 2. When Starting The Execution Of This Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In The Kitchen Located In The Kindergarten Building, Using Kitchen Equipment, And Meals Will Be Served In The Kindergarten Rooms And In The Canteen In The Primary School Building - As In Section 4 (The List Of Kitchen Rooms And Equipment Is Annex No. 8 To The Swz). Due To The Use Of The Kitchen Also For Commercial Purposes, I.E. Selling Lunches To Persons Other Than Students Of The School And Kindergarten Complex, The Ordering Party Will Collect A Monthly Rent Of Pln 1,000 Net Plus The Applicable Vat. 3. The Kitchen Rooms Are Located In The Building Of The Local Government Kindergarten In Jasionówka At 21 A Knyszyńska Street And Have A Separate Entrance. 4. Canteen Rooms Located In The Kindergarten Building And The Primary School Building Are Provided Free Of Charge, Provided That The Rooms In Question Will Be Used Only For The Purpose Of Serving Meals To Students Of The School And Kindergarten Complex.
