The Subject Of This Order Is The Service Of Making And Delivering Products To Museum Stores Of The Malbork Castle Museum, In The Form Of Key Chains And Pins In The Quantities And Types Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, I.E. The Draft Contract, And In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz.3. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Annexes To The Swz, I.E. The Draft Contract Or The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Include A Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Standard, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, System Of Technical References Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
