The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Laundry Services For The Military Police Headquarters In Łódź And The Units Of The Łódź Garrison In The Form Of Successive Services Of Washing, Ironing, Disinfection, Drying And Minor Repairs Of: Bed Linen, Personal Underwear And Towels, Blankets, Pillows, Headrests And Mattresses, As Well As Formal And Dress Uniforms And Gabardine Trousers, Hereinafter Referred To As Items In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Military Police Headquarters In Łódź And Units Of The Łódź Garrison. A Detailed List Of The Assortment, Quantities And Types Of Services Is Indicated In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Assortment And Price Form. The Quantity Determined In The Assortment And Price Form In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Constitutes An Estimated Value, Constituting The Basis For The Contractor To Prepare An Offer. The Actual Number And Type Of Services Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Its Budget Resources, And In The Case Of Smaller Needs, They Cannot Constitute Grounds For Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. The Contractor Undertakes To Use Washing And Disinfecting Agents With Appropriate Certificates, Guaranteeing The Proper Quality Of Washing And Which Do Not Cause Accelerated Wear Of Clothing. The Contractor Bears Legal And Material Responsibility For The Provision Of The Service In Terms Of Quality And Compliance With Sanitary Requirements, Towards The Control Authorities (Sanitary And Epidemiological Station, National Labor Inspectorate, Occupational Health And Safety). The Contractor Bears Material Liability For The Destruction Of Items During The Performance Of The Service, Consisting In Compensation For Damage Incurred By The Ordering Party. Transport Costs From/To The Units Indicated In Point 5.23 And Other Fees/Costs Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Were Included In The Value Of The Product. Specified In The Assortment And Price Form. - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Collection Of Dirty Clothes By The Contractor And Delivery Of Clean Clothes Will Take Place: 1) For Provincial Units - On Average Once A Week2) For Municipal Units - On Average Twice A Week3) For District Units - On Average Twice A Month The Order And Collection Of The Completed Order Will Be Carried Out By An Authorized Employee Of The Provincial, Municipal And District Police Unit Indicated In The Order, Whose The Template Constitutes Annex No. 4 To The Contract Template - Which Constitutes Annex No. 5. The Response Time To The Notification Cannot Be Longer Than 24 Hours From The Moment Of Sending The Order To The E-Mail Address. In The Event Of Temporary Impossibility To Provide Services Longer Than 3 (Three) Days Counted From The Date Of Submitting The Order, The Contractor Guarantees Their Substitute Performance By Commissioning The Service To A Third Party Under The Terms Of This Contract Without Additional Costs On The Part Of The Ordering Party.
