The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Waste Intended For Neutralization That Can Be Removed From The Commune Under The Order In Question In 2026 Is A Total Of 74.28 Mg (24 Collection Points), Including: - Package I (Asbestos With A Subsidy From Arimr) - 36.64 T (5 Collection Points) - Package Ii (Remaining Asbestos) - 37.64 T (19 Collection Points). The Scope Of Work Also Includes The Removal Of Asbestos Boards, Which May Be Damaged Or Fragmented. The Given Quantities Of Products Containing Asbestos Are Approximate, Estimated On The Basis Of Applications Submitted By Property Owners For The Removal Of Asbestos-Containing Products, As Well As On The Unit Costs Resulting From The Most Advantageous Offer Selected In This Procedure. 3.6. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Up To The Amount Of Funds Allocated In The Budget For This Purpose, Coming From Subsidies From The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Poznań, The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Warsaw And The Budget Of The Pępowo Commune.3.7. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Securing, In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, Waste Containing Asbestos Collected By The Applicant On The Property, In Particular By Placing It On Pallets, Securing It With Foil And Preparing It For Transport, 2) Loading And Transporting Waste Containing Asbestos In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 3) Each Weighing Of Asbestos-Containing Products At Individual Applicants Premises In The Presence Of The Property Owner And A Commune Employee (In Accordance With The Schedule Established In The Contract) Collection) 4) Transfer Of Asbestos-Containing Waste For Disposal To An Appropriately Designated Hazardous Waste Landfill, 5) All Works Accompanying The Proper Management And Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including In Particular: A) Organizational And Preparatory Activities Related To The On-Site Visit Of The Applicants, B) Identification Of Products Containing Asbestos, C) Organization And Security Of The Work Site, D) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works, Including Cleaning It Of Asbestos Dust In Order To Prevent Emissions To The Environment, E) Keeping Waste Records In Order To Provide A Waste Transfer Card.3.8. The Scope Of The Order Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of Individual Properties, In Accordance With The Requests Of Persons Interested In The Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos, As A Comprehensive Service Including The Protection Of
