The Subject Of The Order Are Training Services In The Scope Of Language Competences - English For A Total Of 25 Personal Units Indicated By The Ordering Party, Aimed At Developing The Potential Of Ktp By Expanding The Competences Of Employees, Management And Managerial Staff To Provide Newly Created Services For Smes And Obtaining Accreditation At The National Level Confirming The Provision Of High-Quality, Standardized Consulting Services For Entities From The Sme Sector, Which Are Part Of The Smart Specializations Of The Region (Regional Smart Specializations), As Part Of The Project Entitled Strengthening The Potential Of Ktp, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund, Implemented Under Measure 1.3 Building The Potential Of Bei And Priority 1 European Funds For A Competitive Economy In The European Funds For Świętokrzyskie Program For 2021-2027.2. Form Of Service Provision: Hybrid 3. Model Of Providing Training Services: It Is Allowed To Provide Training Services In The Contractors Own Model. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Compliance Of The Implementation With The Requirements Of Opz And Is Fully Responsible For The Quality, Timeliness And Completeness Of The Order Execution.4. Definition Of The English Language: The English Language Being The Subject Of The Proceedings Means Business English, As Defined: Business English Is A Specialized Variety Of English Used In Professional And Economic Contexts, Including Vocabulary, Grammatical Structures And Forms Of Communication Characteristic Of The Business Environment. It Is Used In Commercial Contacts, Negotiations, Formal Correspondence, Presentations, Reports And Tender Documentation. It Is Characterized By Precision, Formality And Adaptation To International Communication Standards, Enabling Effective Communication Between Business Partners From Different Countries.5. Type Of Services: Training Services, As Defined: A) Training Service - Training Is A Planned And Systematic Process Of Changing An Employees Behavior, Enabling The Acquisition Of Knowledge, Skills And Competences Needed To Properly Perform Tasks And Meet The Personnel Needs Of The Organization.6. Form Of Classes: Lecture On The Substantive Content Of The Training Topic, Exercises, Practical Workshops, Work On Tools/Methodology, Work On Practical Examples.7. Language Of Instruction: Polish/English8. Teaching Materials: Online And/Or Paper.9. Training Completion Certificate: In Electronic Or Paper Form.
