1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Professional Maritime Internship For Fourth-Grade Students Of The Maritime School Complex In Darłowo.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Professional Maritime Internship On A Training Ship, To Be Conducted For Fourth-Grade Students Of The Maritime School Complex In Darłowo, Training In The Following Professions: Marine Navigator Technician, Ship Mechanic Technician. 2) Estimated Number Of Participants - 75 People. 3) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Participants By A Maximum Of 30%. 4) The Internship Is To Be Carried Out In The First Three Months Of The 2026/2027 School Year In The Number Of 30 Days. 5) The Training Unit Must Have The Technical Capabilities To Complete The Order And Ensure The Number Of Crew (In The Crew List) Ensuring That The Ship Is Recognized As Safely Operated. 6) The Training Process Is To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Stcw Convention (International Convention On The Requirements For Training, Certification And Watchkeeping Of Seafarers, 1978, Drawn Up In London On July 7, 1978 (Journal Of Laws Of 1984, No. 39, Items 201 And 202, Of 1999 No. 30, Item 286 And Of 2013, Items 1092 And 1093) And In Accordance With The Provisions Issued Pursuant To Article 68, Article 74(4) And Article 76(4) Of The Act Of 18 August 2011 On Maritime Safety 2020, Item 680, Of 2021, Item 234), Specifying The Training And Qualifications As Well As Framework Training Programs And Examination Requirements For Crew Members Of Seagoing Vessels, As Well As The Conditions And Procedure For The Recognition Of Maritime Educational Units And Qualification Requirements For Staff Conducting Classes.3. Inland Navigation Or In Accordance With The Maritime Code, As Well As Meet The Requirements Of International Conventions, Including Those Relating To The Safety Of Life At Sea And The Prevention Of Pollution Of The Sea By Ships.4. The Vessel Must Be Equipped With Individual Life-Saving Equipment For The Crew, In A Number Corresponding To The Number Of Permanent And Variable Crew Members. The Vessel Must Be Equipped With Up-To-Date Maps And Navigation Aids.5 Cruise, Training Program In Accordance With The Curriculum And The Requirements Of The Stcw Convention. Theoretical And Practical Classes Will Be Conducted In Polish, And The Permanent Crew Members Will Have Knowledge Of The Polish Language At Least To The Extent Enabling Effective Communication And Cooperation With The Trainees, Especially In Emergency Situations. Otherwise, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Sufficient Number Of Competent Translators To Enable Efficient Communication And Cooperation With The Crew Members.6 Practice, Unless: 1) Due To Weather Conditions, 2) Other Circumstances That May Threaten The Safety Of The Ship, The Safety Or Life Or Health Of The Ships Crew And Students Or That Threaten The Implementation Of The Practice, Sea Voyage Will Not Be Advisable.7.
