Tenders Are Invited For Successful Delivery Of Hygiene Products For Education Units Of The Municipality Of Kielce For The Second Half Of 2026, Divided Into Parts

The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Hygiene Products With Transport For Local Government Kindergartens In Kielce In 2026. List Of Units - Annex No. 8 - Part I. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Material And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2.1 To This Specification Of Terms Of Order, In The Period From The Validity Of The Contract Until December 31, 2026 Or Until The Gross Amount Of The Item Is Exhausted. Contract.Delivery Art. Hygiene Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Orders Submitted To The Contractor By Individual Units. All Orders Will Be Placed Only Electronically (E-Mail). The Order Includes The Type And Quantity Of Ordered Items. Hygiene Products To Be Delivered. The Cost Of Delivery Must Be Included By The Contractor In The Unit Prices Of Art. I.E. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Separate Remuneration For Their Delivery. Deliveries Can Be Made From Monday To Friday (Working Days) From 7:30 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. Changing The Days Or Hours Of Deliveries Is Possible After Obtaining The Consent Of The Individual Entities To Which Deliveries Are Made. Delivery Of Each Order Submitted By The Unit Should Be Made Once. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet All Technical, Operational And Quality Parameters Specified In The Swz And In Annex No. 2.1 - Part I Of The Material And Price Form, And In Particular The Cleaning Products Must: 1) Be Brand New, Have Original Packaging With Security Features Used By A Given Manufacturer In A Way That Guarantees That The Product Has Not Been Used Since Its Production And Cannot Be Portioned Or Diluted By The Contractor. 2) Meet The Requirements Of The National Institute Of Hygiene And Meet All Standards For Their Use In Educational Institutions. 3) In The Case Of Products For Which Applicable Regulations Require Specific Quality Or Safety Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have And Present, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Appropriate Manufacturers Documents, Safety Data Sheets Or Declarations Of Conformity. The Requirements Regarding Gmp/Ghp/Haccp Apply Only To The Extent Resulting From Applicable Legal Regulations For A Given Type Of Product. 4) Be Delivered In Clean, Original Manufacturers Packaging, Free From Defects, Undamaged, Tight, Without Cracks, Creases, Unteared And Have A Description On The Packaging Clearly Identifying The Product, The Manufacturers Trademark. 5) Have Labels In Polish, Containing The Product Name, Composition, Method Of Use And Expiration Date
