The Subject Of This Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas With The Symbol E And The Provision Of Its Distribution Services To The Building Of The District Swimming Pool In Ryki At Ul. Janiszewska 2; 08-500 Ryki; In An Estimated Volume Of 2,000,000 Kwh (+10%) During The Delivery Period, I.E. September 1, 2026 - August 31, 2027, Provided That The Deliveries Will Commence No Earlier Than After The Effective Completion Of The Current Temporary Comprehensive Agreement With Myorlen Sp. Z O.O. (Formerly Pgnig Obrót Detaliczny Sp. Z O. O.) Ul. Jana Kazimierza 3, 01-248 Warszawa And The Successful Completion Of The Procedure For (Another) Change Of The Seller. Contracted Capacity: 500 Kwh/H. The Sports Facility Has A Cogeneration Unit Powered By Gas Fuel With A Theoretical Gas Consumption Of 278-335 Kwh/H (In The Range Of 50-100% Of Electrical Efficiency) And Two Heating Boilers With A Power Of 375 Kw Each (750 Kw In Total) With The Option Of Limiting The Operation Of The Units To A Maximum Gas Demand Of 190 Kwh/H. The Heating Boilers Will Act As An Emergency (Additional) Heat Source For The Swimming Pool. The Gas Fuel Exempt From Excise Duty Will Be Used For Heating Purposes - For The Combined Production Of Heat And Electricity In A Cogeneration Unit. Gas Fuel Subject To Excise Duty, Consumed In An Emergency Gas Boiler Room Will Be Settled By Balancing The Metered Cogenerator With The Gas Distribution Operators Meter. The Ordering Party Is Not A Privileged Customer Under The Act Of January 26, 2022 On Special Solutions For The Protection Of Gas Fuel Customers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market. The Indicated Parameters And Collection Volume Are Only For The Purpose Of Comparing Offers.
