Skalbmierska In The Area Of Stare Bielany, Preceded By Deconcreting Fragments Of The Surface. The Area Covered By The Order Is Located In The Area Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. The Ordering Party Obtained A Positive Opinion From The Office Of The Capital Conservator Of Monuments On April 30, 2026 And A Positive Opinion From The Office Of Architecture And Spatial Planning Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw Of April 1, 2026 For The Scope Covered By This Order, Therefore The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Obtain Separate Opinions In This Respect. Ii. Scope Of The Order: A) Deconcreting The Surface And Creating 4 New Biologically Active Surfaces, B) Analysis Of Technical And Terrain Conditions Before Tiling The Surface, C) Construction Of Plant Beds, D) Planting Of Trees, Shrubs And Perennials, E) Supplementation Of Existing Greenery, F) Installation Of A Low Greenery Fence According To Kostrzewskis Pattern, G) Cleaning Works, H) Preparation Of Information Boards For The Civic Budget.
