Tenders Are Invited For [D/62/2026] Purchase And Delivery Of A Vr Virtual Simulation System With Accessories

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Vr Virtual Simulation System Owned By The Ordering Party Through The Delivery And Installation Of Additional Stations Of A Comprehensive, Advanced Training Tool In The Form Of Vr Simulation Software Enabling The Implementation Of Multiplayer Simulations, Together With Anatomy Functionality And The Necessary Equipment, As Well As The Provision Of Technical Support And Warranty Services, Hereinafter Referred To As The Vr Simulation System. 2. The Scope Of Delivery Includes:• Delivery And Installation Of A Ready-For-Use, Proven And Tested (I.E. Free From Defects And Faults) Simulation System Compatible With The Ordering Partys Virtual Vr Simulation System In Accordance With The Opz Description,• Delivery Of The Necessary Equipment And Appropriate Licenses Authorizing The Ordering Party To Use The Vr Simulation System For The Purpose Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Opz,• Installation Of A Ready-For-Use, Checked And Tested (I.E. Free From Defects And Faults) Of The Vr Simulation System In Accordance With The Opz Description With The Parameters Indicated In The Opz, • Provision Of Technical Support Services After Delivery Of The Vr Simulation System In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Opz, • Provision Of Warranty Services In Accordance With The Contract, Including, Among Others: Updates Resulting From Changes In Legal Regulations, Removal Of Defects And Faults Detected During The Operation Of The Vr Simulation System, • Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Use Of The Vr Simulation System, • Providing An Operating Manual For The Vr Simulation System In A Paper Or Electronic Version In Polish Or With A Translation Into Polish. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New - Produced No Earlier Than In 2025.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver And Issue To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order: A) Perpetual License For The Vr Simulation System Software, B) Perpetual License For The Anatomy Functionality, C) Instruction Manual In Paper Or Electronic Version, D) Ce Certificates, E) Warranty Cards, F) Service Books In Polish With Entries Consistent With The Provisions Of The Contract.4. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1.1 Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Agreement/Technical Description Of The Offered Subject Of The Order. Detailed Implementation Conditions Are Set Out In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Draft Contract. 5. The Order Must Be Executed With Due Care And In Accordance With All Requirements Contained In The Swz With Annexes And Any Information From The Ordering Party To Contractors.6. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Risk Of The Contractor And As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.
