1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Successive Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions, Draft Decisions On Development Conditions Regarding Buildings Referred To In Art. 64A Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), Including Drafts Of Changes To Final Decisions, As Well As Drafts Of Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments For Investments Located In The Tłuszcz Commune And Necessary Drafts Of Changes To Final Decisions Issued In This Regard, Along With The Necessary Analyzes And Results Of These Analyses.2. The Ordering Party Estimates That During The Order Execution Period The Following Will Be Prepared: A) 1,000 Pieces - Draft Decisions On Development Conditions Together With The Necessary Analyzes And The Results Of These Analyses, B) 50 Pieces - Draft Decisions On Development Conditions Regarding Buildings Referred To In Art. 64A Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development, Including Draft Amendments To Final Decisions Along With The Necessary Analyzes And Results Of These Analyses, C) 50 Pieces - Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments And Necessary Drafts To Amend Final Decisions Issued In This Regard, Together With The Necessary Analyzes And Results Of These Analyses. The Above Quantity May Change During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Depending On The Number Of Applications Submitted To The Ordering Partys Office. The Indicated Numbers Are Estimates, And If A Smaller Number Of Draft Decisions Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Are Ordered, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Payment Or Other Claims In This Respect.
