The Subject Of The Order Is: Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas Lng And The Provision Of Its Distribution Services To The Buildings Of The Public School Complex In Polanów At The Gas Fuel Pressure: - In The Distribution Network: Minimum 100 [Kpa], Maximum 400 [Kpa] - At The Point Of Delivery And Reception: Minimum 1.8 [Kpa], Maximum 2.5 [Kpa] Tariff W-5. Lng Gas Will Be Delivered To The Gas Regasification Station Located On The Plot No. 3/2, Within The Registry Number 0006 Of Polanów, Ul. Przytorze, And Then Through The Distribution Network To The School Buildings At Ul. Gradowe Wzgórze 5 (Plot Registry Number 2/16, Precinct 0004) And Ul. Wolności 14, 76-010 Polanów (Plot No. 174, District 0004). The Current Operator In The Provision Of Distribution Services On The Networks In Question Is Barter S.A. Based In Białystok. 1.2. Gas Is To Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of A Sales Contract And A Contract For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Be Performed Under The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. The Volume Of Gas Consumption For The Order Is 365,000 Kwh Within 7 Months.
