Part I - Delivery Of Kitchen Equipment And Assembly To A Multi-Purpose Building In Maleniska. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Kitchen Equipment And Assembly To A New Multi-Function Building In Maleniska. Delivery Requirements: A) Before Starting To Make And Order Furniture, Control Measurements Must Be Taken. During The Measurements, The Contractor Will Check Whether The Equipment Proposed By Him Does Not Require Additional Approaches Or Electrical Sockets And Will Report All Comments To The Ordering Party. B) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A List Of Equipment, Quantities And Minimum Requirements, Is Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Attachments. C) Product Photos Are For Illustration Purposes Only And Are Intended Only To Illustrate Its Appearance. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Products In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. D) Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party. As An Alternative, The Ordering Party Attaches The Building Projection In Annex 1 To The Sopz.E) The Ordering Party Requires That The Equipment Supplied Be New, Technically Efficient And Must Have Operating Instructions In Polish (If Applicable).F) The Equipment In The Kitchen And Kitchen Facilities That Will Be In Contact With Food Must Have Pzh Certificates Or A Declaration Of Conformity Of Materials Regarding Materials Intended For Contact With Food.G) The Devices Must Be Delivered In Original Factory Packaging Along With A Set Of Standard User Documentation, Accessories Necessary For Proper Operation (If Applicable). H) Each Device (If Applicable) Must Be Marked By The Manufacturer In A Way That Allows For Its Clear Identification, I.E. Have The Name Of The Manufacturer, Model, Series And Serial Number. I) As Part Of His Duties, The Contractor Will Assemble The Subject Of The Order (After Prior Arrangement Of The Assembly Details With The Ordering Partys Representative) And Will Launch Individual Devices And Train The Employee Indicated By The Ordering Party Regarding Their Operation. The Contractor Must Provide The Necessary Means Needed To Launch And Check The Proper Operation Of The Equipment (If Applicable).J) The Exact Date And Hours Of Installation Of The Equipment Must Be Agreed In Advance With The Ordering Party. Delivery And Assembly Should Take Place On Business Days, I.E.: Monday - Friday 7:30 A.M. - 2:30 P.M. K) The Contractor Will Use His Own Tools, Materials And Equipment When Assembling The Subject Of The Order. The Installation Of Equipment Elements Will Involve Performing All Works And Services Necessary To Use The Equipment In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose And Function, Including: On Setting, Leveling, Adjusting, Commissioning. The Costs And Risk Of Transport, Delivery, Packaging, Insurance During Transport, Transport And Assembly Of All Equipment Elements Are Borne By The Contractor.L) The Pattern A
