The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Mowing Meadows With Partial Hay Harvesting In The Hajnówka Forest District In 2026 As Part Of Project No. Fepw.02.03.-Iw.01-0003/24: Managing Bison Migration In Eastern Poland. The Works Include: Mowing The Grass Once A Year In The Meadows Of The Hajnówka Forest District With An Estimated Area Of 30 Ha. The Location Of The Areas Covered Is Presented In The Table, Point 3/12. Swz. The Location Of The Surfaces And Their Size May Change. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Options When Executing The Order. The Ordering Party Will Be Obliged To Order Mowing At Least In The Minimum Scope Of The Order, I.E. To Order The Contractor To Perform The Service, At Least For 70% Of The Estimated Area Indicated Above (Guaranteed Scope Of The Order). The Ordering Party Has The Right To Extend The Scope Of The Order To The Extent Covered By The Option, I.E. To Commission The Contractor To Perform The Service Up To 130% Of The Estimated Area Indicated Above (Extended Scope Of The Order). The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Order The Performance Of The Service Within The Scope Of The Option, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim Their Order In This Respect. The Ordering Party Will Exercise The Option Right If, During The Execution Of The Order, As A Result Of Weather Conditions, It Turns Out That Meadows Other Than Those Indicated Initially Require Mowing, And This Is Necessary For The Project Managing Bison Migration In Eastern Poland No.: Fepw.02.03-Iw.01-0003/24. The Works Consist Of:The Contractor Is Obliged To Mow The Meadows Mechanically Or Manually, At A Height Of 5 To 15 Cm Above The Ground Surface.It Is Unacceptable To Use Circular Mowing From The Outside To The Center Of The Surface. It Is Recommended To Mow In A Circular Motion From The Center Of The Surface Outwards. A Flail Mower May Be Used Only On Surfaces From Which Hay Is Not Expected To Be Collected. Each Use Of A Flail Mower Requires Prior Agreement With The Ordering Party. - Mown Biomass Should Be Dried, The Required Humidity Is Up To 15%; - Biomass Should Be Harvested In The Form Of Hay, In Bulk, Using A Self-Loading Wagon Or Using Balers, - Biomass Should Be Harvested From The Entire Area Covered By Mowing, - It Is Possible To Partially Leave The Biomass Or Not Collect It On Small Parts Of The Area, Especially In Cases Justified By Terrain, Technical Or Natural Conditions. This Always Requires Prior Agreement With The Ordering Party. - The Scope Of Areas Where Partial Collection Of Biomass Is Allowed Should Not Have A Negative Impact On Maintaining The Meadows In Appropriate Condition And Their Proper Functioning, - In Order To Maintain The Proper Condition Of Meadow Habitats, It Is Recommended To Strive To Maximize The Area From Which Biomass Will Be Collected, - Good Quality Biomass Should Be Dried, Collected And Stored In The Form Of Hay In Traditional Stacks Or Haystacks On Place - After Prior Location Agreement With The O
