Hdmi Cable - 1 Piece.1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Elements In The Indicated Quantities To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Material And Quantity Statement (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order) Constituting Attachments No. 1.1 To 1.9 To The Swz (For Parts 1 To 9) In The Rooms And Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. 2) The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New (Produced No Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Date Of Submission Of The Offer), In Working Order, Unused, Not Displayed At Exhibitions And Fairs, Undamaged And Free From Third-Party Rights, Safe, Complete, I.E. With All Accessories Necessary For Their Use. The Equipment Offered Must Be Complete And Ready For Use Without Additional Purchases. 3) The Contractor Will Ensure That The Equipment Is Packaged As Required To Prevent Its Damage Or Deterioration Of Its Quality During Transport To The Place Of Delivery. 4) The Equipment Will Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Safety Signs. 5) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Instructions On How To Operate The Equipment Or - If They Are Made Available By The Manufacturer In Electronic Form - It Will Provide Web Addresses Where They Can Be Downloaded. 6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods To: The Ordering Partys Registered Office, At Its Own Expense, Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party, And To Unload It And Place It In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party. Delivery Will Take Place On Business Days At Hours Agreed Individually With The Ordering Party. 7) The Contractor Undertakes To Remove, At His Own Expense, Any Damage Caused By The Contractor And Occurring During The Execution Of The Order. 8) The Contractor Is Liable To The Ordering Party For Defects In The Subject Of The Order That Reduce Its Value Or Usefulness, And In The Event Of Losses Resulting From This, The Contractor Undertakes To Cover Them. The Minimum Manufacturers Warranty Period For The Offered Equipment, Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Is Counted From The Date Of Receipt By The Ordering Party. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Indicate The Length Of The Manufacturers Warranty Period, It Is Assumed To Be At Least 12 Months. 4/12. The Scope Of The Order In Parts: 1 And 5 Includes Devices Subject To 0% Vat - In Accordance With Art. 83 Section 1 Point 26 Of The Act Of 11 March 2004 On Tax On Goods And Services.
