Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Banking Services For The Budget Of The Szemud Commune And The Organizational Units Of The Commune And The Municipal Municipal Company For A Period Of 48 Months

1. The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Banking Services For The Budget Of The Szemud Commune Together With The Organizational Units Of The Commune And The Municipal Municipal Company On The Terms Resulting From The Offer And The Specification Of The Order Terms. Due To The Nature Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Comprehensive Banking Services For The Budget Of The Szemud Commune And Its Organizational Units Through Its Own Branch, Which Means Having On The Premises Of The Municipality. Szemud Branch Or Branch - Having, On The Date Of Commencement Of The Order, In The Town Of Szemud, A Branch, Branch Or Branch Of A Bank, Guaranteeing The Performance Of All Activities Related To Banking Services For The Ordering Party. If The Selected Bank Does Not Have A Registered Office, Branch Office Or Branch Office In Szemud, It Will Be Obliged To Set Up A Bank In The Town Of Szemud. The Number Of Units May Change As A Result Of Organizational Changes During The Term Of The Contract. In The Event Of Establishing New Units Or Separating New Bank Accounts Of These Units, Their Banking Services Will Be Carried Out On Terms Consistent With The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Bank Accounts Maintained In Individual Units, Without The Need To Change The Contract For Banking Services For The Szemud Commune.
